Registering for the ONLINE & INDIVIDUAL IN PERSON

Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Seminar

·  Information needed: Your Name, Your Email, if you are staff what your job is & the date of the session.

· This is an 8 hour class with 2 small breaks and a 30 minute lunch break, please plan accordingly.

Class costs $175

· You will receive an invoice for the total emailed to you. You are not registered until this is PAID IN FULL.

· Registration closes 1 week before class start date and empty classes will be cancelled.

· You will receive your DIGITAL Student Handbook Notebook in digital access key format 24 to 48 hours before the start of your scheduled seminar date. The DIGITAL reference manual is included in the cost of this seminar.

·  A computer or laptop with a working microphone, speakers, and camera is required. (For Virtual Class)

Recording and screenshots are not permitted.

You are expected to be on camera for the entire class (For Virtual Class) and encouraged to participate.  

If you need to reschedule reach out to me no less than 48 hours before the class to be able to reschedule. No refunds will be given.
